Layer ingredients in clear plastic cup. Smooth out ice cream layer to seal edges. Drop food coloring on top for pollution.Use a drinking straw to "drill" down for well and deplete aquifer (soda). Can also top with coconut (dyed with green food coloring) for grass and a gummy worm.
